• The remaining balance, if applicable, must be paid before the tour departure date.

3. Cancellation by Customer

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before departure may be eligible for a partial or full refund, excluding any non-refundable fees.

• Cancellations made within 14 days of departure may incur cancellation charges.

• No refunds will be provided for no-shows, unused services, late arrivals, or early departures.

4. Cancellation by Bromo Sunset Exposure

• In rare circumstances, tours may be canceled due to extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, government regulations, road closures, volcanic activity, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control.

• If a tour is canceled by Bromo Sunset Exposure, customers may be offered an alternative date, alternative tour, or refund, depending on the situation.

5. Changes to Bookings

• Requests for changes to booking dates or tour details are subject to availability.

• Additional charges may apply if changes result in higher operating costs.

• Last-minute changes cannot be guaranteed.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, visas, travel insurance, and any required travel documentation.

12. Complaints
