3. Cancellation by Customer
Cancellations made more than 14 days before departure may be eligible for a partial or full refund, excluding any non-refundable fees.
Cancellations made within 14 days of departure may incur cancellation charges.
No refunds will be provided for no-shows, unused services, late arrivals, or early departures.
4. Cancellation by Bromo Sunset Exposure
In rare circumstances, tours may be canceled due to extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, government regulations, road closures, volcanic activity, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If a tour is canceled by Bromo Sunset Exposure, customers may be offered an alternative date, alternative tour, or refund, depending on the situation.
5. Changes to Bookings
Requests for changes to booking dates or tour details are subject to availability.
Additional charges may apply if changes result in higher operating costs.
Last-minute changes cannot be guaranteed.
