Welcome to Bromo Sunset Exposure. By making a booking through our website, email, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking Confirmation

  • All bookings are subject to availability.

  • A booking is considered confirmed only after payment has been received and confirmed by Bromo Sunset Exposure.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate personal and travel information during the booking process.

2. Payment Policy

  • A deposit or full payment may be required to secure a reservation, depending on the selected tour package.

  • The remaining balance, if applicable, must be paid before the tour departure date.

  • Any bank transfer fees, currency conversion fees, or payment processing charges are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Cancellation by Customer

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before departure may be eligible for a partial or full refund, excluding any non-refundable fees.

  • Cancellations made within 14 days of departure may incur cancellation charges.

  • No refunds will be provided for no-shows, unused services, late arrivals, or early departures.

4. Cancellation by Bromo Sunset Exposure

  • In rare circumstances, tours may be canceled due to extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, government regulations, road closures, volcanic activity, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • If a tour is canceled by Bromo Sunset Exposure, customers may be offered an alternative date, alternative tour, or refund, depending on the situation.

5. Changes to Bookings

  • Requests for changes to booking dates or tour details are subject to availability.

  • Additional charges may apply if changes result in higher operating costs.

  • Last-minute changes cannot be guaranteed.
